Order Cancellation Policy

                                              অর্ডার বাতিলকরণ নীতিমালা

১. ✅ ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর:
একবার অর্ডার সফলভাবে ডেলিভারির পর তা কোনো অবস্থাতেই বাতিল করা যাবে না।

২. 🔄 ভুল অর্ডার বা বাতিল অনুরোধ:
যদি গ্রাহক ভুল প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করে থাকেন বা অর্ডার বাতিল করতে চান, সেক্ষেত্রে প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির আগে অথবা নির্ধারিত ওয়ারেন্টি সময়ের মধ্যে Digital Source BD-কে অবহিত করতে হবে।
এই পরিস্থিতিতে:

  • প্রোডাক্টটি মূল্য মিলিয়ে অন্য প্রোডাক্টের সাথে পরিবর্তনযোগ্য হতে পারে

  • অথবা বিশেষ ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ডের জন্য বিবেচিত হতে পারে।

৩. 🛒 স্টক সংক্রান্ত বিষয়:
প্রোডাক্টের স্টক উপলব্ধ না থাকলে, Digital Source BD যে কোনো সময় অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। বাতিলকৃত অর্ডারের জন্য গ্রাহককে যথাযথভাবে জানানো হবে এবং পরিমাণ মতো রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।

৪. ⚠️ সার্ভিসজনিত সমস্যা:
যদি প্রোডাক্ট বা সার্ভিস ডেলিভারির পর তা ঘোষিত বিবরণ অনুযায়ী না হয় বা কোনো সমস্যা থাকে, তাহলে গ্রাহক ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বাতিল অনুরোধ জানাতে পারবেন।

  • আমাদের টিম সমস্যাটি যাচাই করবে

  • সমস্যার সমাধান সম্ভব না হলে রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে

৫. 📦 ভুল তথ্যের কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ:
অর্ডার করার সময় গ্রাহকের প্রদানকৃত ভুল তথ্য, যেমন ভুল নাম্বার, ঠিকানা ইত্যাদি, ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হওয়ার কারণ হলে এবং Digital Source BD যথাযথভাবে যোগাযোগ করতে ব্যর্থ হয় বা অতিরিক্ত তথ্য চেয়ে গ্রাহক তা না দিলে —
এই পরিস্থিতিতে:

  • অর্ডারটি ওয়ারেন্টি সময়সীমার মধ্যে সমাধান না হলে

  • অর্ডারটি স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে বাতিল বলে বিবেচিত হবে

  • এবং তা রিফান্ড বা পুনরায় ডেলিভারি এর জন্য যোগ্য হবে না

 

                                                 Order Cancellation Policy

  1. ✅ After Successful Delivery:
    Once an order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

  2. 🔄 Incorrect Order or Cancellation Request:
    If a customer mistakenly places an incorrect order or wishes to cancel, they must inform Digital Source BD before delivery or within the product's specified warranty period.
    In such cases:

  • The product may be exchanged with another item of equivalent value

  • Or, in certain cases, may be eligible for a refund

  1. 🛒 Stock Issues:
    Digital Source BD reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability. Customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.

  2. ⚠️ Service-related Issues:
    If the delivered product or service does not match its description or has issues, the customer may request cancellation within 24 hours of receiving it.

  • Our team will review and verify the issue

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, the order will be eligible for a refund

  1. 📦 Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Information:
    If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect customer information (e.g., wrong phone number, address) and Digital Source BD fails to establish contact, or if additional information is requested and not provided by the customer —
    Then:

  • If the issue remains unresolved within the product’s warranty period

  • The order will be automatically canceled

  • And will not be eligible for refund or re-delivery
