রিফান্ড এবং রিটার্ন নীতিমালা

• সফলভাবে ডেলিভারির পর রিফান্ড বা রিটার্ন সম্ভব নয়।

• ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে ও স্টকে না থাকলে রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে, না হলে এক্সচেঞ্জ।

• প্রোডাক্টের বিবরণের সঙ্গে সামঞ্জস্য না থাকলে রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।

• রিফান্ডের আবেদন ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে করতে হবে।

• রিফান্ড প্রসেসিং টাইম ৭–১০ কার্যদিবস।

• ব্যাংক চার্জ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।

Refund and Returns Policy

• No refund or return is allowed after a successful delivery.

• If delivery fails and the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued; otherwise, it will be exchanged.

• A refund is applicable if the product does not match the described specifications.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order.

• Refund processing time is 7–10 business days.

• Any applicable bank charges must be borne by the customer.
